AVORO is a hosting brand operated by dataforest GmbH, offering infrastructure and hosting services from data centers in Frankfurt. The product range includes SSD web hosting, domain registration, virtual private servers, root servers with dedicated CPU cores, and several categories of dedicated servers including GPU and business configurations, colocation, and TeamSpeak servers. All services operate on a prepaid basis with no minimum contract period, and DDoS protection is included across the lineup.

The infrastructure is distributed across three data center facilities in and around Frankfurt am Main. The primary location is a carrier-neutral facility operated by Maincubes. A second presence on the Interxion campus serves as a network point of presence for routing and DDoS protection, while also hosting dedicated servers and customer racks. A third site at a facility operated by Firstcolo in Frankfurt provides capacity for dedicated servers and colocation, with Dataforest operating its own racks and network infrastructure independently of the facility operator. All locations are described as operating on renewable energy, complying with GDPR requirements, and are certified under ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001.

AVORO uses its own hardware instead of reselling third-party server resources. Server components such as drives, fans, and power supplies are hot-swappable and configured with redundancy. Virtual and root server storage relies on a high-availability cluster, and the company operates its own network equipment with connectivity to major backbone providers.

DDoS protection is an in-house system, with traffic routed through a protection layer as part of standard operation. AVORO states a 99.9% availability guarantee for its virtual servers. Support is available seven days a week, and the company also maintains a Discord community for customer interaction. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit card, digital wallets, and cryptocurrency.
