Bacloud is a hosting and infrastructure services provider operating across multiple data center locations in Lithuania, the Netherlands, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Bacloud states a 99.97% server uptime figure and provides 24/7 system monitoring across its infrastructure.

Bacloud's offering consists of dedicated servers available in single-processor and dual-processor configurations, as well as pre-configured bare-metal servers. Dedicated servers are fully customizable, with IPMI control and no virtualization layer. Virtual private servers come in several product lines for both Linux and Windows environments, including KVM-based and OpenVZ-based plans as well as a VDS line with fully dedicated resources. Most virtual server products are managed through the SolusVM control panel, and plans are available across multiple data center locations.

Shared hosting comes in several tiers, including a standard line with the cPanel control panel and LiteSpeed Enterprise web server, and a higher-capacity line oriented toward larger storage needs. Shared hosting plans include a free SSL certificate and daily backups, and support multiple PHP versions. Domain registration and transfer services are also available across a range of TLDs.

Beyond standard hosting, Bacloud offers several complementary services. Bacloud Drive is a cloud storage product available in multiple tiers. An online backup service is also available for servers, databases, virtual machines, and desktop systems across Linux, Windows, and macOS. Colocation services are offered at the Lithuania data center, with redundant power, cooling, internet connectivity, and physical security.

A managed server option covers operating system setup and maintenance, control panel and firewall configuration, DNS management, and monitoring. Infrastructure services also include BGP routing and VLAN connectivity. Accepted payment methods include payment cards, bank transfers, and regional online payment options.
