FASTVPS is a hosting provider that has been operating since 2006, with representative offices in Estonia and Ukraine. The company operates its own data center in Estonia, known as Mayflower, which serves VPS and VDS plans. Dedicated servers are hosted in data centers in Germany and Finland, while virtual servers are also available in the United States. According to the offer agreement, FASTVPS provides a 99% monthly availability guarantee for its VPS host nodes.

The core services include managed virtual servers (VPS/VDS), fully managed VPS/VDS, physical dedicated servers, backup storage, SSL certificates, domain name registration, and the FASTCARE monitoring service. Virtual servers are offered on KVM and Hyper-V virtualization technologies, with SSD and NVMe SSD storage options. Dedicated servers support both Linux and Windows operating systems, and are configured with RAID-based storage by default. In the event of a hardware component failure on a dedicated server, FASTVPS states that it replaces the component at no additional cost.

The fully managed VPS tier provides an expanded support scope compared to the standard managed option. While plans include 24/7 technical support covering server administration and software issues, fully managed plans add proactive server monitoring, automated daily backups with on-demand snapshots, and assistance with tasks such as SSL installation, DNS configuration, and site migration. FASTVPS offers full version of FASTPANEL, its own server control panel, free of charge to customers. FASTPANEL provides core hosting management functions including site and file management, backup scheduling, and traffic analysis, along with built-in Web SSH access and Let's Encrypt SSL integration. It can be installed on servers running Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, and Rocky Linux. An alternative control panel option, ISPmanager, is also available for certain VPS plans.

The Mayflower data center in Estonia features redundant power systems, backup generators, and precision cooling with free-cooling capability. The facility includes physical security measures such as CCTV and controlled access, and data center systems are monitored around the clock. The network infrastructure uses equipment from multiple vendors and includes redundant uplinks.
