FlokiNET is a hosting provider established in Iceland in 2012. The company operates infrastructure in Reykjavik (Iceland), Bucharest (Romania), Helsinki (Finland), and Amsterdam (Netherlands). Registration only requires a functioning email address, and all services operate on a prepaid basis. FlokiNET states that it does not use third-party service providers for its hosting products and that its services are fully owned and managed internally.

FlokiNET is Tor-friendly and supports hosting of .onion sites and Tor relay and exit nodes, while also operating Tor infrastructure, including .onion mirrors for its services.

A specialized FlokiNET's offering is its Investigative Tools service, which provides managed deployment and maintenance of open-source platforms used in journalism and whistleblowing workflows, with additional services related to secure communication and infrastructure management also offered.

The Iceland location operates on renewable energy from geothermal and hydroelectric sources, and the company uses natural cooling at that site. Support is available via a ticket system, as well as through encrypted communication channels.
