FOXCLOUD is a hosting provider that has virtual servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and a public cloud platform (IaaS), complemented by cloud storage, domain registration, and SSL certificates. The company also offers accompanying services such as server management with monitoring, technical support, DevOps consulting, and project migration assistance. Their infrastructure is hosted in Tier III data centers in the Netherlands, the United States, Moldova, and Russia.

The virtual server lineup is built on KVM virtualization managed through OpenStack, with a choice of several Linux distributions and pre-installed application images available at deployment. The monitoring service, available to active clients, covers website availability checks, server port monitoring, SSL certificate validation, and response time tracking, with notifications delivered via email and messaging platforms. Domain registration is offered across a broad range of extensions.
