FSIT AG is a hosting provider and has been operating since 2010. The company runs its own servers in two data centers located in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. FSIT does not operate as a reseller allowing them to tailor configurations to individual customer requirements. All services are monitored around the clock.
FSIT offers web hosting plans with SSD storage, databases, email accounts, and DNS management. Virtual private servers are available in KVM-based and VMware ESX-based variants, both with full root access and IPv4/IPv6 connectivity. The VMware VPS line also includes custom configurations that can be requested individually. Dedicated root servers are also offered, with support for various operating systems accessible via SSH or RDP.
For customers who prefer to house their own hardware, FSIT provides colocation in three formats: tower housing, rack housing, and cage. Tower and rack housing include UPS-backed power, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, and fault reception at the data center in the Canton of Zurich. The cage option is available on request and additionally offers backup capabilities to a second data center.
FSIT also operates a managed antispam service that routes customer email through its own filtering infrastructure before delivery, which includes blocking, analysis, and virus scanning of incoming traffic, with TLS encryption available for email transport. The company also provides an online backup service in Home and Pro editions, both using AES encryption and SSL-encrypted data transfer, with the Pro edition supporting optional modules for various server and database environments. Backup data is stored offsite in FSIT's own data center. Additionally, FSIT handles domain registration and offers Sectigo SSL certificates in domain-validated, wildcard, and extended validation types. Technical support is available through a ticket system, as well as via live chat, email, and remote support.
