Both product lines come with full root-level access, and users can deploy from pre-built Linux distribution templates or upload custom ISO images.
HostHatch operates data centers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with locations in cities such as Amsterdam, Chicago, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, among others. The company uses facilities from well-known operators including Equinix and Digital Realty, and deploys a consistent infrastructure approach at each site.
On the networking side, HostHatch provides public and private connectivity, with private networking allowing VLAN-isolated communication between servers within the same location. Fully routed IPv6 is included with each VM. The provider also supports BGP sessions and BYOIP (Bring Your Own IP) for customers who manage their own address space.
Server management is handled through Peregrine, an in-house control panel developed as a successor to its earlier panel, Falcon. Through Peregrine, customers can manage deployments, network settings, reinstallations, and ISO uploads. Technical support is provided in-house on a 24/7 basis.
