HostHatch operates data centers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with locations in cities such as Amsterdam, Chicago, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, among others. HostHatch also provides public and private connectivity, with private networking allowing VLAN-isolated communication between servers within the same location, with fully routed IPv6 being included with each VM. The provider also supports BGP sessions and BYOIP (Bring Your Own IP) for customers who manage their own address space.
Server management is handled through Peregrine, an in-house control panel developed as a successor to its earlier panel, Falcon. Through Peregrine, customers can manage deployments, network settings, reinstallations, and ISO uploads. Technical support is provided in-house on a 24/7 basis.
