They provide KVM-based virtual servers, dedicated servers, colocation, IP transit, and domain registration.


Virtual servers can be provisioned in multiple locations and support Linux distributions such as AlmaLinux, Debian, and Ubuntu, as well as Windows Server. Dedicated servers are offered in Taiwan and Hong Kong, with IPMI remote console access included. The platform also supports virtualization environments such as Proxmox and VMware alongside standard operating systems.


HostingInside's focus is its network architecture, which is oriented toward connectivity between Asia and other global regions, operating a multihomed network with multiple upstream providers and maintains peering relationships with major networks. HostingInside has a presence at several internet exchange points in Taiwan and uses a routing model that distinguishes between China Premium and Non-China Premium paths, allowing customers to select routes optimized for traffic to mainland China or for broader international connectivity. BGP communities are available for customers who require granular control over routing.


Colocation services are provided in Taipei and Hong Kong, including facilities at the Taipei Internet Exchange, Taiwan Internet Exchange, and Equinix Hong Kong. Packages are available in several configurations, from individual rack units to full racks, with redundant power infrastructure and backup systems. IP transit is offered from the same locations, supporting both IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity.


The company publishes a 99.9% network and power SLA, with service credits applied in case of downtime. Support is available 24/7 through live chat and a ticket system with dedicated departments.
