Hostingio is a hosting provider that has been operating since 2021, initially focused on cyber security, DDoS protection, and voice infrastructure for enterprise clients before expanding into the hosting market in 2025. They operate their own infrastructure across multiple data centers in Europe, with an additional location in Mumbai, India.

They provide VDS with two lines: the River Series, which provides servers with a monthly traffic allowance, and the Jet Series, which offers guaranteed dedicated bandwidth and includes BGP support. Both lines include two backup slots that can be configured for scheduled backups, with backup data replicated to a data center in a separate country. The service supports Linux distributions and Windows Server operating systems, and clients can also install an OS from a custom ISO image through support. Control panels are not bundled, as the service is oriented toward users who manage servers independently.

Servers are deployed in certified data center facilities in Prague (Czechia), Frankfurt (Germany), the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, as well as in Mumbai for the Asia region. The European facilities hold multiple industry certifications for security and operational standards, with the Prague facility meeting Tier III requirements and the Luxembourg facility designed and operated according to Tier IV standards.

Hostingio provides DDoS protection at layers L3 and L4, with more advanced filtering available on request. BGP sessions are available for clients who operate their own AS number and IP prefixes, and the company also acts as a Local Internet Registry (LIR), assisting with ASN registration and IP address space allocation or leasing. Each server receives a /64 IPv6 subnet by default, with additional IPv4 or IPv6 addresses available as a separate service. The provider states an SLA of 99.999% and offers a one-time 14-day refund available to both individuals and legal entities.

Technical support is available 24/7 in English and Spanish, and Hostingio accepts card payments, bank transfers via SWIFT and SEPA, and cryptocurrency under certain conditions.
