HostKey is a hosting provider that offers dedicated servers, GPU servers, virtual private servers (VPS/VDS), private cloud infrastructure, colocation, and additional services such as managed server administration, S3-compatible object storage, and an AI platform with pre-installed large language models on GPU instances. HostKey operates infrastructure across the United States, Turkey, and locations across more than ten countries in Europe. Most of these facilities are Tier III or higher, such as the Zurich (Switzerland) location, which is listed as Tier IV, alongside the centers running off renewable energy.

The network is connected to major carriers and internet exchange points for network redundancy. L3-L4 DDoS protection is included by default for servers in selected locations such as the Netherlands, Finland, and Germany, with extended protection available as an additional service. The company provides an SLA with a 99.9% uptime guarantee and offers tiered support available 24/7.

The dedicated server range includes both pre-configured and custom configurations, from standard setups to high-RAM systems. GPU servers are available as both dedicated machines and virtual instances with GPU passthrough. These are intended for workloads such as AI, machine learning, 3D rendering, and high-performance computing. The VPS/VDS lineup includes shared and dedicated vCPU configurations, as well as GPU-enabled instances.

The private cloud offering is based on platforms such as Proxmox, oVirt, and VMware, with options for managed migration and custom SLA terms. Additional services include network configuration options such as VLAN and BYOIP, monitoring, IP address allocation, and a control panel with API access. The company also runs a GPU Grant Program that provides access to GPU servers for selected projects. Billing is available on both a monthly and hourly basis for select configurations, and payments are accepted via credit cards, PayPal, Alipay, wire transfer, and cryptocurrency through BitPay.
