Company description

Infrawire provides infrastructure and hosting services for businesses and technical users. They own their own hardware which are spread across a broad international footprint, with European locations including Paris (France), Frankfurt (Germany), Amsterdam (Netherlands), and London (UK), as well as locations across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Oceania.

Their main service is virtual and cloud compute, offered as two distinct products. VPS and VDS plans are built on KVM virtualization, with each virtual server running as a full virtual machine with its own kernel. Customers manage their instances through the Infrawire client panel, which supports operating-system reinstalls, firewall and reverse DNS configuration, and snapshots. A separate Cloud Servers offering provides hourly instances labelled iCS and is managed through the Infrawire console, together with a REST API and webhooks for lifecycle events. Both lines support IPv4 and IPv6 addressing.

For customers that require physical hardware, Infrawire offers bare-metal dedicated servers with dedicated processor, memory, and storage resources. These machines include out-of-band management, remote KVM console access, rescue mode for maintenance and recovery, and resource monitoring. The servers support major Linux distributions such as Debian and Ubuntu, as well as Windows Server and the Proxmox VE virtualization platform.

Alongside its compute products, the company offers shared and managed hosting. Web hosting uses the cPanel control panel and includes Softaculous one-click installers, free SSL certificates, automatic backups, and support for common runtimes. It supports WordPress and other content management systems, while a separate managed environment is available for running Telegram bots. Infrawire also provides reseller hosting, allowing a fixed pool of resources to be divided into individual Linux and Windows virtual servers, with WHMCS and API integrations for connecting the service to a reseller's own billing system.

The company also provides network services for other providers and network operators. These include managed BGP sessions, support for announcing customer-owned address space with ROA and RPKI validation, and additional IPv4 subnets. Network operations are monitored continuously through a 24/7 NOC, and DDoS protection is included across the company's services. Across its services, the company provides a 99.99% uptime SLA and round-the-clock technical support.
