ITL DC is a hosting provider offering infrastructure services across a geographically distributed network of data centers in North America, Europe, and Asia. ITL DC states that it maintains its own hardware in every location and operates independent infrastructure at each site.
The core service lineup includes NVMe SSD VDS, storage-oriented HDD VDS, dedicated bare-metal servers, shared hosting, and colocation. The NVMe SSD VDS product line uses KVM virtualization and is described as cloud-based and scalable, with unmetered traffic and automated OS installation. HDD VDS is a separate product designed for data backup and file storage, positioned for personal or small-scale use. Dedicated servers come with remote management, console access, and automated OS deployment. Shared hosting includes a PHP Selector, daily backups to separate locations, and one-click installation of common content management systems.
Colocation is available for standard 19-inch rack equipment in European data centers, with installation handled by ITL DC engineers. Additional services include DDoS protection through a product called CyberSecurity Suite, with filtering at L3/L4 and extended protection at higher tiers, as well as SSL certificates and network backup storage hosted on separate infrastructure. ITL DC also provides a white-label reselling program with API integration and support for BILLManager.
The company publishes a tiered Service Level Agreement. The default Tier I guarantees 99.95% uptime, while Tier II and Tier III levels increase the commitment to 99.99% with shorter response times. SLA coverage applies to virtual server availability and critical hardware components for dedicated servers, with outage credits calculated based on downtime duration. Data center facilities include physical security measures such as monitored access, video surveillance, and redundant power and network systems.
Support is available around the clock through a ticket system, phone, live chat, and email. Virtual server management is handled via VMmanager, which includes built-in VNC console access. Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are provided for VDS and dedicated server products.
