Company description

MassiveGrid is a cloud hosting provider that has been operating since 2003 and offers infrastructure services across data center locations in New York, London, Frankfurt, and Singapore. Rather than operating its own facilities, MassiveGrid deploys within partner data centers, providing access to Tier III and above facilities with redundant power, cooling, and physical security. The company holds ISO 9001 certification and maintains GDPR compliance, while additional certifications depend on the data center location. Through its partner network, MassiveGrid also offers colocation services across a wide range of locations.

The core product line includes several tiers of cloud servers. Self-managed Cloud VPS provides shared resources with root access, while Dedicated VPS guarantees allocated CPU and RAM. Managed Cloud Servers and Managed Cloud Dedicated Servers add server administration, including maintenance, monitoring, and backups. All server tiers run on Proxmox-based clusters with KVM virtualization and high-availability features. Both Linux and Windows operating systems are supported.

Storage is based on distributed systems with replication across NVMe media, along with dedicated backup storage solutions. The network layer uses redundant connectivity with automatic failover. DDoS protection is included with services, along with additional security features.

Beyond infrastructure hosting, MassiveGrid offers a platform-as-a-service environment with support for application deployment and scaling. Container orchestration is available, along with GPU-based servers for compute workloads. Additional services include shared hosting, virtual private cloud environments, application hosting, and domain registration.

Security services include SSL certificates, monitoring, and compliance-related solutions aligned with various regulatory frameworks. Support is structured across multiple tiers, from standard monitoring to advanced managed support. The SLA guarantees uptime with service credits for downtime. Payment methods include bank cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies.
