mCloud is a hosting provider focusing on Cloud infrastructure following an IaaS model. mCloud provides cloud web hosting on an SSD platform with guaranteed resources and a cPanel control panel, as well as Linux and Windows cloud servers (VPS) with scalable resources. The platform also includes a virtual data centre service that allows customers to provision multiple virtual servers and allocate processing, memory, storage, and backup resources within an isolated environment. GPU cloud services using NVIDIA graphics processors are available for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning workloads.
Cloud Ready servers provide preinstalled software stacks and applications such as Docker, LAMP/LEMP, and WordPress, along with various control panels. The provider also offers registration and renewal of national and international domains, SSL certificates, monthly licences for control panels and Microsoft products, and an Anycast DNS service distributed across multiple DNS servers.
mCloud uses Citrix XenServer and KVM virtualization together with the OnApp IaaS orchestrator, which allows for per-user load balancing, automatic migration and restart of servers on healthy cloud segments in the event of a fault, and real-time system monitoring.
mCloud’s infrastructure is spread across three data centers in Belgrade (Serbia), interconnected by fiber-optic links and meeting Tier III requirements. The facilities use N+1 redundancy for power, cooling, and fire-protection systems, along with dual-powered equipment racks with A/B power feeds, 24/7 monitoring, and physical security measures. The network connects to the Serbian Open Exchange internet exchange point and supports CDN capabilities through a distributed partner network. Platform availability is backed by a 99.99% SLA. Services, DNS, billing, and account settings are managed through the mCloud control panel, with an integrated ticketing system available for support.
