Its infrastructure operates from two data centers: Firstcolo FRA4 in Frankfurt (Germany), and SBA Edge in Chicago (USA). Both facilities feature high-capacity network connectivity, N+1 power redundancy, and CRAC cooling systems, with 24/7 monitoring across all locations.

The company’s services include VPS - virtual servers with allocated CPU, memory, and storage. VDS plans include dedicated vCores and are positioned for CPU-intensive and latency-sensitive workloads. VPS and VDS deployments support multiple Linux distributions as well as Windows. Bare metal servers are configured through an on-site configurator with a choice of processors, optional GPU support, multiple storage options, and selectable locations. Web hosting is a shared hosting product built around the Nolimit Web Panel, which includes a browser-based file manager, SSL management, and a one-click WordPress installer.

DDoS protection is included across all services. NolimitCloud operates its own firewall management portal, allowing customers to configure filtering rules, manage access, apply presets, and monitor traffic. Protection covers network-level and application-level attacks.

The SLA defines 99.9% monthly uptime across all hosting products, although emergency maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Downtime below the defined threshold may qualify for service credits. Support is available through a ticket system and a Discord community.
