Onidel is a cloud hosting provider that offers unmanaged infrastructure services across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Amsterdam, and the New York metro area in New Jersey. The company provides both hourly and longer-term billing cycles and guarantees 99.9% uptime for network and power availability under its SLA.

For virtual servers, Onidel offers Premium VPS, which uses NVMe storage with triple replication across separate hypervisors and automatic failover in the event of hardware failure. This product is available in all six locations. Alongside it, Onidel offers a High Frequency VPS, built around high-clock-speed processors aimed at workloads that depend on single-threaded performance and is available in Singapore. Their third compute product, Storage VPS, is powered by Ceph distributed storage and oriented toward high-capacity use cases such as backups and file storage, and is offered in Singapore and Sydney. All VPS plans include an IPv4 address and a routed /64 IPv6 subnet per instance. The platform supports Linux distributions and Windows Server, with support for custom ISO images.

Beyond compute, Onidel provides two storage-only products. The former, Block Storage, which are available in both HDD and NVMe variants and backed by Ceph with triple replication, can be attached to running VPS instances without downtime. The latter, Object Storage, is S3-compatible and supports standard S3 tools and SDKs.

Onidel features its own in-house control panel, it includes features such as snapshots, API access, bandwidth pooling within a region, and a web-based firewall. Additional capabilities include floating IPs, private networking between instances, and access control features.

The network at each location incorporates multiple upstream transit providers, and Onidel supports features such as BGP sessions and Bring Your Own IP (BYOIP). DDoS protection is available at select locations, though the company notes that it does not guarantee mitigation. Payment is accepted via major methods including bank cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and local options.
