RackGenius is a hosting provider that has been operating since 2020, and offers game hosting alongside shared hosting, virtual and dedicated servers.

The provider's VPS hosting is offered in two tiers on a single platform. The Value line runs on AMD EPYC processors with U.2 NVMe SSD storage in a RAID-1 configuration, while the Premium line, also marketed as VDS hosting, uses AMD Ryzen processors with NVMe storage in RAID-1 and dedicated CPU core allocation, with both using KVM virtualization. Dedicated servers are offered as bare metal machines with IPMI access for remote management and a Tenantos control panel for administration, with configurations based on Intel Xeon processors. Dedicated servers feature redundant network connectivity with multiple uplinks.

Web hosting is a shared service supporting WordPress and static websites, managed through the Enhance Web Panel. Plans include email accounts, databases, and unmetered transfer.
