Retzor is a hosting provider offering virtual and dedicated servers, with most services provisioned automatically without staff involvement.

The virtual server line runs on KVM virtualization, and resource allocation can be adjusted through the control panel. A VNC-based console is available for managing a server even when the machine itself has no network access, and virtualization nodes are backed up daily. Standard operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux distros are available for installation, alongside support for a custom OS image through the control panel for both virtual and dedicated servers.

Dedicated servers are available either as standard configurations issued automatically or as individually built configurations requested through a support ticket or Telegram. The dedicated server control panel also allows OS reinstallation. Retzor’s servers are self-owned instead of resold, and are placed within partner data center facilities.

Infrastructure is spread across Moscow (Russia), Netherlands (Dronten), and Veseli nad Luznici (Czechia) which is south of Prague. All three facilities meet the Tier III reliability certification level, with redundant cooling and power systems, multiple independent power feeds, and other infrastructure redundancy measures. The Netherlands site is operated by partner Serverius, the Moscow site by partner Datacheap, and the Czech Republic site by partner Host-telecom.

Technical support is available around the clock through a ticketing system and Telegram, including a bot for account and service management and direct contact with support staff. Supported payment methods include the Paynet aggregator, payment cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cryptocurrencies.
