The facility uses an N+N redundancy scheme for power, cooling, and connectivity, with dual power feeds per rack. Network connectivity is sourced from multiple providers and additional services such as VLAN and private networking are available. Physical security includes CCTV monitoring, access controls, and fire suppression systems.
In addition to hosting, RHC Hosting offers domain registration and transfer services, as well as IPv4 subnet leasing.
