These centers are located at Equinix FR5 in Frankfurt (Germany), Telehouse London (United Kingdom), Telia Eesti in Tallinn (Estonia), with Frankfurt being the primary hub. All facilities are Tier III facilities with redundant power, cooling, and network paths, alongside following ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC audit standards. The availability of specific certifications depends on the chosen location and service scope.

The dedicated server line is offered as single-tenant bare-metal servers built on AMD EPYC and Ryzen platforms, with Intel and Apple options also available through the server configurator, and customers can select from locations including Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, and the United States. Alongside standard dedicated servers, Sayob provides bare-metal Apple Silicon in the form of dedicated Mac mini M4 hardware running native macOS without a virtualization layer, intended for workloads such as iOS and macOS continuous integration, rendering and post-production, and on-premise AI inference. macOS versions are available on request, with the full native Apple software stack intact.

The virtual private server offering runs on Intel Xeon processors with NVMe and SSD storage and is available in several variants, including Cloud VPS, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, and Managed VPS with administration included. Supported operating system families include Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS Stream, openSUSE, and Windows Server, and both IPv4 and IPv6 addressing are available. The VPS infrastructure is hosted in Erfurt (Germany), and is accompanied by a control panel, an API, and a library of open-source client tools and integrations.

The dedicated NVIDIA DGX Spark systems run off a GB10 Grace Blackwell superchip and are available to rent as a single tenant server, with full root access over SSH and a static public IPv4 address. Sayob offers a 100 percent SLA target, around the clock support, and an optional managed administration service for servers.
