ServerPoint is a hosting provider that has been operating since 1998. The company offers two main service lines: VPS hosting, and bare metal dedicated servers. Its support team is in-house and available around the clock, with optional managed service plans for clients who require additional assistance.

The VPS platform, branded ColossusCloud, is built on KVM virtualization with Ceph-based distributed storage that replicates data across multiple nodes. The network layer uses modern redundancy mechanisms designed for failover. Each virtual server includes public IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity along with a private internal network interface. VPS plans are billed hourly with no long-term contracts and are available in multiple configurations, including general purpose, high frequency, storage-optimized, and high memory options. Supported operating systems include major Linux distributions, as well as Windows Server and desktop editions, with additional systems available via ISO deployment. Backup snapshots are available as an add-on.

VPS infrastructure is deployed across multiple data center locations, including Las Vegas, Dallas, Ashburn, Silicon Valley, Amsterdam, and Singapore, using third-party facilities. ServerPoint operates its own BGP network with connectivity to major carriers and advertises a 99.98% uptime SLA.

Bare metal dedicated servers are available in selected locations in the United States and support private networking between instances. Provisioning is handled through the same client portal used for VPS management.
