SiteHUB is a privately owned, independent hosting provider that has been operating since 2021. SiteHUB operates equipment colocated at facilities such as Hurricane Electric in Fremont (California), FiberState in Salt Lake City (Utah) and Rack Centre in Lagos (Nigeria), and manages its own network with dual-stacked IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity. Dedicated servers are additionally offered from facilities in the United Kingdom.
Virtual server hosting is built on KVM virtualization with thick-provisioned SSD storage, where disk allocations are dedicated instead of oversold. SiteHUB offers two tiers of virtual servers which are VPS, where RAM and storage are dedicated but CPU cores are shared, and DVS (Dedicated Virtual Server), where CPU cores, RAM, and storage are allocated to a single instance. Both product lines support Linux and Windows operating systems, custom ISO uploads, and console access, along with internal networking between locations. A Resource Pool product allows customers to purchase a block of resources and deploy multiple virtual servers on demand.
Beyond standard VPS and DVS plans, SiteHUB offers several specialized virtual server products. NAT VPS instances use shared IPv4 with port forwarding, paired with IPv6 addressing. NAT Hybrid servers combine SSD and HDD storage. IPv6-only VPS plans are available, and Storage VPS plans provide large-capacity HDD storage with SSD-based system disks.
Shared and reseller hosting are powered by Plesk on CloudLinux, with SSD storage and offsite backups. The platform includes tools for managing common frameworks and applications, along with developer features such as SSH access and Git integration. The reseller tier allows white-label hosting under customer branding. SiteHUB also offers domain registration services.
Dedicated servers are available in the United States and the United Kingdom, subject to availability. SiteHUB states that the colocation facilities used are Tier III data centers, alongside advertising an uptime SLA of at least 99.7% and provides 24/7 technical support through multiple channels.
