Company description

Teracast is an infrastructure hosting provider that has been operating since 2024. The company offers cloud computing, bare metal servers, colocation, DDoS protection, ISP solutions including IP transit, lease-to-own servers, managed services, and professional services. Their data centers are located in the USA, in Miami (Florida), New York City (New York), and Chicago (Illinois).

The cloud computing service is organized into two virtual server product lines with different performance tiers. Bare metal servers are available in all three locations. All services include a static IP address, and resources can be adjusted at any time. The lease-to-own program allows customers to acquire dedicated server hardware over time through flexible leasing arrangements sourced from enterprise-grade vendors. Managed services cover areas such as monitoring, cloud infrastructure management, and network and security operations, while the professional services division handles IT consultation, custom server builds, software and web development, and related technical engagements.

Teracast operates from carrier-hotel-grade facilities. The New York City and Chicago locations hold industry certifications such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC standards and feature advanced physical security, such as the Miami data center, which is housed in a hurricane-rated building. The Miami and Chicago locations are Tier III facilities with N+1 power redundancy, while the New York City location is listed as Tier III with dual power feeds. All three sites provide remote hands and 24/7 physical security.

The network connects to Tier 1 transit providers and major internet exchange points, with direct peering to large networks. Anycast is supported, and BYOIP with BGP sessions is available for customers who need to announce their own IP space. DDoS protection is provided both as a bundled feature and as a standalone service, combining in-house filtering with external mitigation.

Teracast publishes a 99.99% monthly network availability SLA. Payment is accepted via credit cards through Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency.
