UP-NETWORK is a hosting and IT services company with expertise in networking, systems, storage, and development. They manage their own BGP routing, transit, and peering decisions.

The primary infrastructure is located in Gland (Switzerland), where UP-NETWORK operates a technical facility with server racks, network equipment, UPS systems, climate control, and physical access control. A secondary network point of presence is maintained at a Digital Realty facility in Zurich (Switzerland), functioning as an interconnection and network optimization hub. The Gland facility provides redundant power over separate electrical feeds and is monitored around the clock. Contractual SLA agreements are available upon request.

The VPS offering is built on KVM virtualization and divided into Basic and Pro tiers. All VPS plans include IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, SSD storage, and traffic policies based on fair-use principles, along with snapshot functionality. A range of operating systems is supported, including Linux distributions, Windows, BSD, hypervisors, and custom ISO images, and BGP options are available as add-ons. Dedicated servers are offered in multiple product lines and are deployed in the Gland facility with redundant power. Both VPS and dedicated server products include SwissShield, the company's DDoS mitigation system, which filters attacks locally and reroutes larger traffic volumes through upstream scrubbing.

Network connectivity services are offered under two product names. UP-Connect provides transit connectivity with physical interconnection from the Gland point of presence and is available to colocation clients. UP-Transport delivers GRE or VXLAN tunnels from Gland or Zurich with BGP support. SwissShield DDoS protection is also available for network services.

UP-NETWORK provides colocation at its Gland facility in configurations ranging from a single rack unit to a full rack. Managed IT services are structured in several tiers, from priority support with defined response times to full infrastructure management with dedicated technical resources and security audits. On-demand IT consulting, troubleshooting, DevOps automation, and web development services are also available.
