Veesp is a hosting provider that has been operating since 2010, offering infrastructure services including virtual private servers, dedicated servers, backup services based on Acronis, dedicated network equipment, and server administration.
The VPS service is based on KVM virtualization and includes unlimited traffic, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, reverse DNS support, DNS parking, console access, and a RESTful API. A selection of Linux distributions is available for deployment. Virtual servers are available in Latvia, the Netherlands, and Sweden. Dedicated servers provide similar networking features and additionally offer remote management access, private VLAN connectivity between multiple servers, and IPv6 subnets on demand. For dedicated server customers, Veesp also provides optional network hardware such as dedicated switches, firewalls, and load balancers in both hardware and software configurations.
The backup service supports data protection across virtual, physical, and cloud environments, with features including full image and file-level backups, recovery to dissimilar hardware, encryption, and customizable scheduling and retention policies. The company also offers server administration services covering Linux-based systems, web servers, database servers, control panels, and virtualization platforms.
The dedicated server infrastructure is hosted in a Tier II data center facility in Latvia, with ISO 27001 certification. Power supply is organized with independent sources and an uninterruptible power system operating under an N+1 redundancy scheme, while the cooling system follows a redundant configuration. Physical security includes access control systems and continuous video surveillance.
Veesp provides a 99.9% uptime guarantee under its SLA, which applies to network and host node availability. If uptime falls below the stated level, compensation is provided according to SLA terms. Technical support operates around the clock via a ticket system, with phone support available on weekdays during business hours.
