VPS1 is a hosting provider that specializes in unmanaged virtual private server hosting on the Linux platform, and offers KVM-based VPS plans with SSD storage, full root access, and traffic included with every plan. The service is Linux-only, with preconfigured OS templates available for distributions such as AlmaLinux, CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu. VPS1 uses data centers in the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Serbia. The Netherlands facility is hosted at the Serverius data center, while the Slovakia location uses DC Digitalis, and both are Tier III facilities. Beyond standard VPS hosting, VPS1 offers several related services. FTP hosting provides online file storage with configurable disk space. SSL certificates are available for different use cases, including single-domain and wildcard options. VPS plans are also positioned for workloads such as storage and game servers, although these use the same underlying infrastructure rather than separate product lines. Control panels such as Plesk and cPanel are supported but are not pre-installed, requiring manual setup by the user.
